ITS America Summary of the Senate Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (H.R. 3684)
On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, the U.S. Senate approved the roughly $1 trillion H.R. 3684 – Infrastructure Investment and Jobs (IIJA) Act. The bill passed with strong bipartisan support by a vote of 69-30. The bill includes the surface transportation reauthorization slated to expire at the end of September 2021.
ITS America Equity, Climate, Safety, and Infrastructure Principles for Automated and Autonomous Mobility
ITS America’s Automated Vehicle Standing Advisory Committee established task forces on equity, climate, safety, and infrastructure to develop a set of principles to ensure AV benefits are broadly realized.
