What’s Next After ALL-ACCESS:
ITS Insider Offers Industry Analysis to ITS America Members

ITS America wasn’t able to welcome the world to Los Angeles last week, but we hope you enjoyed ITS World Congress ALL-ACCESS as much as we did! More than 2,600 registered to catch 45 education sessions, five networking rooms, two keynotes, two fireside chats, two roundtables, and live question and answer sessions.

From the kickoff keynote, with House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee Chairman Peter DeFazio (D-OR), to roundtable discussions with city and state DOT leaders, dozens of sessions stretching out over four weeks, and networking chat rooms for sharing new ideas, the ITS World Congress ALL-ACCESS event was the next best thing to being together. We were very pleased to provide a virtual opportunity for industry colleagues to come together, and thank you to our sponsors that helped make it possible. If you didn’t register to access the Knowledge Center, please do so here for your complimentary pass.

As we look toward the end of this year and into 2021, we are excited about more opportunities to engage with all our members based on the association’s new multi-year strategic plan.

Included in that plan is expanding ways in which we will continue to keep our finger on the pulse of the industry. This summer, we conducted and published the first issue of ITS Insider, which features valuable analysis of industry trends – the debut edition was titled “MOD in the Time of COVID.” We released the second issue, “Accessible Paths,” last month; both issues can be found online here. These are exclusive to you, our members, and we hope the insights will allow you to stay on top of industry issues and markets.

In addition to helping members stay informed about the latest developments impacting the industry, these will help position our association as the go-to source for future-focused insights on intelligent transportation.

Look for the next edition in November, which will focus on technology and sustainability. ITS Insider will publish quarterly next year, and we plan to transition to bi-monthly reports in 2022.

As we said when we announced our plans for next year and beyond, we believe this new direction will make ITS America a stronger organization with more engaged and satisfied members, and together, we will continue to advance the intelligent transportation industry. We appreciate all your engagement and the work you do every day to support ITS America’s mission.
