While we can’t meet face to face in 2020, we are excited to launch a dynamic virtual event series for the ITS World Congress community. “ITS World Congress ALL ACCESS,” a digital event series coming this Fall, will be an immersive experience of education sessions, discussion groups, recommended content, solutions and case-studies, a knowledge and resources center, and other online opportunities to connect our global community of intelligent transportation leaders and influencers. More details to follow in the next few weeks.
For the past 27 years, transportation and technology professionals from public agencies, private companies and academia from around the world have gathered in leading cities to discuss and share how technology is being used to improve transportation in their home countries. These challenging times have made clear that technology is even more critical as we contemplate the post-pandemic world.
As we look towards 2021, we are pleased to announce today that the ITS America 2021 Annual Meeting will take place in Atlanta, Georgia May 17-20, at the Georgia World Congress Center. We look forward to welcoming the entire intelligent transportation community to ITS America 2021 in downtown Atlanta next year. Join us for a virtual engagement to learn from leaders around the world on how different countries are using technology to solve challenges during this difficult time,” said Shailen Bhatt, President & CEO, ITS America.
“While the circumstances this year are unique and challenging for everyone running organized events, we are enthusiastic about the opportunities to engage digitally to provide strong education and training, to connect global ITS professionals for discussions and meet ups, and to chart the course for 2021 events to be conducted in a safe and healthy environment. Together the industry will create momentum for the new era of mobility and transportation technology,” said Will Wise, Group Vice President, Reed Exhibitions.
