On October 28, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a First Report and Order (First R&O), Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM), and Order of Proposed Modification (OPM) related to its proposal to reallocate the 5.9 GHz safety spectrum band.
