On June 18, 2021, the House Committee on Rules released the INVEST in America Act (H.R. 3684) as ordered reported by the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, with modifications. The bill now includes the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and House Committee on Ways and Means titles.

The Committee on Rules will meet on Monday, June 28, 2021, to grant a rule to provide a structured amendment process for floor consideration of H.R. 3684, Investing in a New Vision for the Environment and Surface Transportation in America Act or the INVEST in America Act. More than 200 amendments were filed by deadline, June 23, 2021. The INVEST in America Act will be on the House floor for a vote the week of June 28.
