The Federal Highway Administration’s Collaborative Research Framework
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) initiated the Testing and Pilot Design, Development, and Evaluation Framework project with the objective of developing a framework that enables collaboration among ADS developers and Infrastructure Owners and Operators (IOO) for research, testing, and development activities.
