This webinar will focus on the technical and contractual foundations needed to support outcomes-based procurement. Panelists will discuss how interoperability standards (like NEMA TS 40008) and cybersecurity requirements can be embedded into RFPs and vendor agreements. Attendees will learn how to develop monitoring and evaluation metrics to measure outcomes of deployed technology and to structure contracts to ensure vendor accountability for performance, including provisions for data sharing, testing, and lifecycle support.
