Bring It On – ITS World Congress ALL-ACCESS & Atlanta 2021!

While the ITS community was very disappointed to cancel the World Congress that was scheduled for Los Angeles in October, ITS America and Reed Global Exhibitions are excited to unveil details about this fall’s ITS World Congress ALL-ACCESS!

Kicking off in September, the ITS World Congress ALL-ACCESS will feature presentations, panel discussions, interviews, and Q&A sessions, all of which will be accessible on demand. All-Access content includes discussions on Connected and Automated Vehicles, V2X, Sustainability, Equity, Workforce, Data, and Mobility on Demand. Programs themes are:

  • Seamless Mobility and Changing Behavior
  • Disruption on the Digital Highway: Data
  • Intelligent, Connected and Automated Vehicles
  • Sustainable Transportation
  • Planning for the Future Transportation Ecosystem

Registration will open mid-August. ITS America members and those who work for non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and public sector agencies are eligible for a complementary premium pass. All registrants can create a custom profile and, based on their needs and interests, they will receive information about recommended content throughout the event.

Content will be available on September 16,17, 23, 24, 30 and October 1, in addition to two full days of programming October 7-8 with featured keynote conversations and roundtables.

While ITS World Congress ALL-ACCESS is right around the corner, and the 2021 Annual Meeting in Atlanta isn’t all that far away!  If you haven’t already done so, please be sure to mark your calendars for Reimagining Transportation – Monday, May 17 through Thursday, May 20.

We are looking forward to being together at the Georgia World Congress Center, where leaders from across the industry will gather – including representatives from public sector agencies, private companies, academic institutions and more. As always, there will be networking, technical tours and demonstrations that explore products, emerging technologies and solutions. Sessions and speakers will focus on themes that fit with ITS America’s vision of a safer, greener and smarter future: intelligent, connected and automated vehicles and the path to Vision Zero; sustainability, resiliency, and the pandemic impact on transportation and mobility; and Mobility on Demand/MaaS, data sharing, and secure networks.

The exhibit hall , a focal point of the event, will be open May 18-20. Exhibitor and sponsors include AECOM, Bosch, HNTB, Iteris, Planet M, Qualcomm. If your organization is interested in exhibiting or becoming an event sponsor, information is available here.

Atlanta, a hotbed for transportation innovation, is a fitting venue to convene leaders from North America and beyond to explore how technology continues to transform the movement of people, data and freight. The city and surrounding areas are home to the world’s first facility for developing connected vehicle applications for both vehicles and traffic control devices and one of the country’s largest redevelopment programs designed to deliver “transformative public infrastructure that enhances mobility,” for starters. And ITS America Georgia DOT has deployed connected vehicle technology to more than 600 locations across metro Atlanta with plans in the works to connect an additional 2,000 sites.

We hope to see you online this fall and in person in Atlanta in May 2021!
