PennSTART is a state-of-the-art facility that will benefit emergency responders, transportation organizations, and research institutions. The facility is designed to accelerate innovation in emerging transportation technology, improve the safety and efficiency of transportation infrastructure, enhance traffic incident management training, and support regional economic development. This session will provide an overview of the new PennSTART facility.
